- Remanufacturing of Your Power Unit can be done to Your choosing. We have the ability to rebuild the clutch & radiator and replacing the Control Panel and Shut Down Gauges and radiator if cannot be cleaned or rebuilt.
- New Cummins Power Units for when brand-new performance and warranty protection are required.
Remanufactured Power Units
Every remanufactured unit we process meets or exceeds original factory specifications. Our process includes:
- Complete Disassembly & Inspection
We strip each unit down to the block and inspect every component for wear, cracks, or damage. - Replace All of these parts
Bearings, seals, gaskets, water pump, injectors, thermostats, piston and rings (wet sleeve are replaced) all casting are machined to OEM specs and any worn components that cannot be machined are replaced. All engines are tested, all fuel system parts are remanufactured or replaced with new parts. - Precision Machining & Reassembly
All critical surfaces are machined to tolerance, then reassembled by our certified technicians. - Full Performance Testing
Each unit runs through our test cell to ensure it delivers full power and reliability.
